2016 Gembrook Pinot Noir

We’re on these red soils that are quite different to the lower Yarra Valley and they tend to make a lighter, more feminine style of pinot noir.

2011 Gembrook Blanc de Blancs

Over the past three years I’ve progressively released this 100 per cent blanc de blancs with four, five and six years on yeast lees. Sixty dozen are awaiting release with 10 years on yeast lees, which is going to be pretty cool.

Gembrook Pineau

This goes back to my time as an exchange student in Bordeaux, where the winemaker father had a sneaky barrel of Pineau des Charentes stashed away in his cellar. We do a bottling of maybe 20 dozen half-size bottles each year.
