Capital Wines Kyeema Shiraz Viognier

We select the best old-vine shiraz grapes in our Kyeema vineyard, co-ferment them with a small percentage of viognier grapes, age it in French oak for 15 months, then select only the best barrels. The wine is rich and fleshy, with the pepper and spice of the shiraz enhanced by a fragrant almost floral character of viognier. It finishes with fine silky tannins that are smooth on the palate.
