Cap­i­tal Wines Ky­eema Shi­raz Viog­nier

We se­lect the best old-vine shi­raz grapes in our Ky­eema vine­yard, co-fer­ment them with a small per­cent­age of viog­nier grapes, age it in French oak for 15 months, then se­lect only the best bar­rels. The wine is rich and fleshy, with the pep­per and spice of the shi­raz en­hanced by a fra­grant al­most flo­ral char­ac­ter of viog­nier. It fin­ishes with fine silky tan­nins that are smooth on the palate.
