MERIVALE OFFERS FULL GRANGE COLLECTION

Sydney hospitality empire Merivale has added a full set of Penfolds

Grange to its premier wine collection, now included on the wine lists at est., Felix and Mr Wong. They can also be made available at other Merivale venues if requested

in advance. Master Sommelier Franck Moreau heads up the group’s wine program and he is focused on raising the calibre of their offering across the group. Merivale is made up of more than 60 restaurants, bars and event spaces, the most recent addition being Bert’s, a bar and brasserie at The Newport on

the Northern Beaches.
