2017 Ashbrook Estate Gold Label Margaret River Riesling

This is a very good riesling from a region that (with the exception of Leeuwin Estate) by and large eschews the variety. Here pure lime and lemon juicy fruit flavours are artfully lifted by a touch of CO2. Crisp, minerally acidity puts the seal on the deal of a quality wine. 12.5% alc.
