2017 Hart & Hunter Single Vineyard Series Oakey Creek Semillon

The sandy soils of the Oakey Creek district have long produced great semillon. Add the impact of the (relatively) cool vintage and you have a beautifully detailed and balanced wine, the balance from acidity that isn’t raucous, just there to provide freshness and the future longevity of a pure Hunter semillon. But yes, by all means drink it tonight if you wish.
