Estate-grown at Wallcliffe using sustainable practices, hand-picked, chilled, whole-bunch pressed, fermented in new and used French oak and stainless steel barrels. This sure is a wild thing, but for all the right reasons, surging and surfing with super-lively lime and Meyer lemon, then guava and green pineapple, citrus pith and zest. Then there’s the electrifying acid envelope in which the fruit is delivered. 12.5% alc.
