2017 Pyramid Hill Hunter Valley Semillon

From vines planted in ’97 on the sandy soils of the Goulburn River in the Upper Hunter Valley. A classic regional expression of semillon, with lemon, lanolin and minerally acidity all in the mix. It has good length and balance, and an initial 5 years in bottle will see radical changes in the weight of the wine year on year. 10.5% alc.
