2017 Greenway Hunter Valley Pinot Grigio

The pink colour attests to skin contact prepressing and fermentation. The scented, complex bouquet signals the mix of wild strawberries, Granny Smith apple, citrus zest and spice that all run through a long, fruity yet dry, palate. Good stuff – pinot grigio from a warm climate such as this shouldn’t be so good. 12% alc.
