2017 Tokar Estate Yarra Valley Rosé

A shiraz rosé made from the ground up (half the estate block was picked 2 weeks earlier than the main shiraz harvest specifically for this wine). The edge of salmon is a fact, its cause debatable, especially in the context of 50/50% barrel/tank fermentation. Both the mouthfeel and flavour are yet another face of the glorious vintage. 13.2% alc.
