2013 Frog Choir Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz

A 61.5/38.5% estate-grown blend, matured in French barriques (30% new) for 6 months. Each annual release made in the same way, the blend entirely dependent on the vineyard yield of each variety. Here the cassis of the cabernet is the dominant player, not so much due to its percentage per se, but by its distinctive varietal expression.
