Yalumbarel­eases Signature.

Star chef Jock Zonfrillo of Adelaide’s Restaurant Orana and Bistro Blackwood helped launch the 2014 Yalumba The Signature Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz at a special dinner event at the historic Barossa winery in May.

Each year, The Signature honours a member of the wider Yalumba family, with their name written on the bottle.

The medium-weighted 2014 is full of red fruits, milk chocolate notes and liquorice characters, and the traditiona­l Aussie blend can be cellared for 10-plus years. RRP $165
