Star chef Jock Zon­frillo of Ade­laide’s Restau­rant Orana and Bistro Blackwood helped launch the 2014 Yalumba The Sig­na­ture Caber­net Sau­vi­gnon & Shi­raz at a spe­cial din­ner event at the his­toric Barossa win­ery in May.

Each year, The Sig­na­ture hon­ours a mem­ber of the wider Yalumba fam­ily, with their name writ­ten on the bot­tle.

The medium-weighted 2014 is full of red fruits, milk cho­co­late notes and liquorice char­ac­ters, and the tra­di­tional Aussie blend can be cel­lared for 10-plus years. RRP $165
