De Bortoli Wines is turning 90 this year, marking the time since Vittorio De Bortoli first turned unwanted shiraz grapes into wine for family and friends. After arriving in Australia from Italy, Vittorio settled on farmland in NSW's Riverina, and today, the winery operates throughout five wine regions across NSW and Victoria, with sustainability an increasing focus. De Bortoli is launching a limited-edition 90th anniversary fortified wine to celebrate the milestone.
