Did you always know you were destined for a career in wine?
I graduated college in Chicago, expecting to apply for my PhD in English literature. Then I started working in a wine shop and immediately noticed it was a good fit for my personality. It went from there [most recently working at New York’s Eleven Madison Park, number one in World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017].
