What’s been your most ex­cit­ing Aussie wine dis­cov­ery so far?

I think the wine that Aus­tralia does the most uniquely is grenache. I don’t think any­one’s mak­ing it like it’s be­ing made here. There are some fairly in­ex­pen­sive grenaches be­ing made from old vines, which of­fer pretty ex­tra­or­di­nary value.
