This is a quintessential example of the modern, fruit-forward but serious styles of pinot noir now coming out of Germany, and Baden especially. With a fragrantly raspberry aroma, vibrant berrysweet fruit, finely textured tannins and a nicely rounded oak finish, there’s also a pleasant mulberry bite on the finish.
