Lifted aro­mat­ics on the nose fol­low through onto the palate, which dis­plays the hall­mark traits of McLaren Vale caber­net; blue and black fruits, sub­tle leafy notes and a hint of dark cho­co­late with el­e­gant tan­nins.

What gives your caber­net its dis­tinc­tive traits?

The fruit is sourced from our two founders’ vineyards: the cooler slopes of Drew Dowie’s Tin­tookie vine­yard in the sub-re­gion of Ble­witt Springs al­lows us to pro­duce a wine of el­e­gance and fine struc­ture; Norm Doole’s Cali Road vine­yard, closer to the ocean, adds in­tense fruit lay­ers. The two vineyards com­bine their unique ter­roirs to pro­duce a truly in­di­vid­ual wine.
