How do you ap­proach the wine­mak­ing

for this caber­net? The caber­net is sourced from 28 hectares of Es­tate plant­ings, the old­est dat­ing back to 1949. Fer­men­ta­tion takes place in 155-year-old vats, fol­lowed by mat­u­ra­tion in French oak. The wines have con­sis­tently shown rich­ness and are con­sid­ered by many ex­perts to be the best Es­tate red for long-term cel­lar­ing.

How is this wine best served?

It pairs won­der­fully with lamb dishes – try it with spiced yo­ghurt lamb cut­lets, slow-cooked harissa lamb shoul­der with spicy chick­peas, lemon and oregano braised lamb shanks or roasted rose­mary and gar­lic lamb shoul­der.
