The art of blending four varieties to layer the fruit and spice profile mixes power with poise, concentration with finesse. What do the other grape varieties bring to
this particular wine? Cabernet dominates at 66 per cent and provides the fruit power and structure that locks the other varieties together. We blend merlot (16%) for softness and malbec (15%) for energy and brightness, while the petit verdot (3%) brings black fruits and an aromatic lift.
