That makes for a wonderful melting pot of a community, and business and tourist offering. The maritime climate also helps forge distinctiv­e wine styles like chardonnay and Bordeaux blends, which work well with local treats like seafood, truffle, marron, kangaroo, foraged herbs and more! Try our new wine-tasting flights that include current releases alongside museum wines. We’ve dipped into more than 30 years of back-vintages from the Great Southern and Margaret River regions to offer visitors a unique experience that shows the evolution and developmen­t of our finest wines. Howard Park is also the only winery in WA to make Champagne-method sparkling wines in-house, which are available to taste daily.
