From the Croucher Vineyard at 800m at Whitlands. The bouquet was closed for business at the beginning of ’20, but the palate more than compensated, with thrilling acidity and length. It all makes sense when you find the residual sugar and titratable acidity are in balance at 7.6g/l and 7.5g/l.
