Estate-grown, hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, 50% to a ceramic egg, 50% to used French oak for fermentation. Impressive winemaking has subtly shaped the texture and the length of the wine. The length and finish, and above all, the balance, are superb. This wine owes nothing to the Hunter Valley or Adelaide Hills. 12% alc.
