2019 Clyde Park Vineyard Geelong Sauvignon Blanc
Two clones, whole-bunch pressed, settled overnight, one parcel racked clean to tank for cool ferment, the other fermented on full solids, completing ferment in old oak and aged for 3 months. Should melt the heart of the most ardent foe of Marlborough sauvignon blanc, believing sauvignon blanc is only fit for girls to drink. This has exceptional texture and mouthfeel, its rich stone fruits rimmed with citrussy acidity, the finish long and balanced. Made by Robin Brockett.
