Very much in the Moores Hill credo: small batch, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermentati­on in 30% new French oak, lees stirring, 50% mlf (Tasmanian acidity in the gun), 10 months maturation in oak. A wine to please everyone with white peach, nectarine and grapefruit gently framed by an airbrush of oak. 13.2% alc.
