2018 Sinapius Vineyard Single Vineyard Close Planted Chardonnay

Eight clones, hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed, wild fermentation and mlf, matured in French oak (25% new), and a small portion (5%) in tank, the blend given a further 6 months in tank pre bottling. An extremely powerful wine with structure ex the fruit, not oak. The length of the palate and aftertaste is striking. 13% alc.
