A 90/10% blend vinified separately, 100% whole berry open-fermented, 8 days on skins, matured for 18 months in French oak (10% new). Bright, full crimson-purple; an object lesson in ripeness fully realised at 13.5% alcohol, the brightness of the fruit flavours and mouthfeel the result. 13.5% alc.
