2018 Hay Shed Hill Morrison’s Gift

A Bordeaux blend of cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, merlot, malbec and petit verdot, the name reflecting the ’70s Sussex Vale name change to Hay Shed Hill in ’89 when Barry and Liz Morrison purchased, expanded and rehabilitated the vineyard. Matured for 18 months in French barriques, it has excellent balance and length to its blackcurrant fruit flavours. 14% alc.
