For South Australian families longing for some Queensland fun in the sun, Jetstar has announced the launch of direct flights between Adelaide and the Sunshine Coast to meet the growing demand for holidays to this region. The new service, which is the only direct flight between Adelaide and the Sunshine Coast, will operate three times a week from 30 September 2016. The airline already flies direct between Adelaide and Brisbane, Cairns and the Gold Coast. With its coastal resorts in Noosa, Caloundra and Mooloolaba, and its hinterland national parks, it’s no surprise that the Sunshine Coast is a family favourite for holidays in the sun.
