jennifer ennion is a freelance travel writer and news journalist, with a penchant for soft adventure. She is the former Travel Editor at Australian Associated Press, in which time she travelled the world for work. Now, with a one-year- old in tow, Jennifer and her husband are passionate about passing on their love of the outdoors, one camping trip at a time. jessica gabites is a freelance journalist specialising in travel and lifestyle. Her career started on a daily newspaper in Adelaide before she progressed into travel, fashion and entertainment editing roles. Her job has taken her around the world. At the moment, Jessica and her husband are busy planning a winter getaway with their twins.
