BEELINE DESIGN is a fine example of Australian-made craftsmanship. While the label might be known for its stools, the latest Ridge range expands into benches, beds and buffets, referencing iconic corrugated iron sheds – fitting, given the business’s humble beginnings in the shed of owners Adam Brislin and Lucy Grant back in 2010. Here, the iron is covered with Australian leather, which is blended with silky Tasmanian oak and brass fittings, reviving an old material into wonderfully modern, heirloom pieces.
