What is your favourite part of the home? Tracy: “Without a doubt the living area – you can see out to the city as well as through the dining and kitchen areas to the garden and Table Mountain. How lucky are we?” Describe a typical weekend.

Russell: “Entertaining is how we like to spend our weekends. The house is usually filled with a riot of people and kids and lots of food on the go – it’s a mix that we find strangely relaxing.” Is this your forever home?

“Never say never! Although I can’t imagine we’d leave here easily. Every detail of this home is designed to suit our needs as a family.”
