A. Pre­view win­dow

This will show the tone as spec­i­fied in your cho­sen set­tings.

B. Num­ber of Lines

This spec­i­fies the size of the pat­tern. A larger num­ber makes a smaller pat­tern. At a small enough size the in­di­vid­ual dots ap­pear to merge into a grey pat­tern.

C. Den­sity

How dark the pat­tern is to be. The larger the per­cent­age, the darker the pat­tern: 100 per cent is pure black.

D. Type of Pat­tern

The stan­dard is cir­cle, but you can also use di­a­monds, lines, squares and var­i­ous other pat­terns.

E. An­gle

The an­gle of the pat­tern to re­peat.

F. Size

If you’ve spec­i­fied the pat­tern Noise, this sets the size of the Noise.

G. Fac­tor

If you’ve spec­i­fied the pat­tern Noise. this de­ter­mines the dis­tor­tion fac­tor for it.
