“I’m very happy with the drawings that I’m creating at the moment: underwater worlds that I’m filling with colour. Mermaids are usually portrayed as beautiful and good creatures. But I prefer to illustrate mermaids that have a darker, mysterious nature. I see them as fantastical, wild creatures.”
