rosé sangria with watermelon & strawberri­es

¼ watermelon, sliced 200ml vodka 250g strawberri­es, sliced 1 bottle sparkling rosé 300ml soda water Fresh mint, to garnish

Place the watermelon and vodka in a container. Place in the freezer overnight. Transfer the frozen watermelon mixture to a punch bowl. Add the strawberry. Pour over the rosé and soda water. Leave to chill for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with fresh mint to serve.
