SERVES 1
45ml white rum 30ml blood orange juice Pulp of 1 passionfruit Ginger ale, to top up
In a cocktail shaker, add the rum, blood orange juice and passionfruit pulp. Shake with ice for about 20 seconds and strain into a short glass filled with extra ice. Top up with ginger ale. Garnish with a slice of blood orange.
Note: If blood oranges aren’t available, use oranges.
