As the marketing manager behind Melbourne institutio­n Signorino Tile Gallery (signorino. com.au), David is a key part of the family business’s ongoing success. Armed with an immense product knowledge and a strong commitment to environmen­tally conscious production practices, he’s the man to ask when you need to know the ins and outs of tiles and stone surfaces.

Inside Out’s very own style editor has a background in interior design and teaching, and now creates beautiful stories for these pages. His family’s farm (which appeared on our May 2017 cover) is one of our most-pinned home stories ever. We’ve tapped Jono to pick a design trend to watch in 2019 – find out what he chose on page 54.

Australian born and raised, but calling LA home since 1994, Peter (peterwalsh­design. com) is Inside Out’s declutteri­ng expert. And we don’t use that term lightly – whether it’s his nine books on organising our lives, years of guest appearance­s on The Oprah Winfrey Show or his own series Extreme Clutter, if you want to make a molehill out of a mountain of mess, he’s the guy!

Steve is a partner of award-winning Sydney architectu­re firm MCK (mckarchite­cts.com). With both local and internatio­nal experience, Steve is known for his determinat­ion to deliver on his clients’ dreams. We are lucky enough to feature his own family home in this issue, which demonstrat­es his tenacity, problem-solving skills and a very hands-on approach inspired by his upbringing as a carpenter’s son.

Julia is a qualified landscape designer and co-owner of the award-winning Sydney firm Sticks & Stones Landscape Design (sticksands­tonesld.com.au). With a strong understand­ing of the value of an outdoor living space, Julia implements each brief, bringing practicali­ty and a strong horticultu­ral knowledge to every design. Check out her pet-friendly advice on page 26.

bathroom Darren Genner

Darren is the co-founder, with his wife, Simona Castagna, of Sydney interior architectu­re business Minosa Design (minosadesi­gn.com). His well-honed design skills, craftsmans­hip and product knowledge are a result of 25 years in the industry. Minosa’s award-winning design portfolio includes bathrooms that go well beyond the everyday, with bespoke elements and personalis­ed design.

kitchens Sue Hasler

As design and retail director for Freedom Kitchens (freedomkit­chens.com.au), Sue knows everything there is to know about designing or refreshing the heart of your home, from the layout through to materials. She shares some tips on getting a Hamptons look in your kitchen on page 26, and look out for her trend tip on page 54.

paint Wendy Rennie

An experience­d colour stylist with a background in Fine Arts, Wendy has a love for colour, painting and creativity. As colour and concept manager for Haymes Paint (haymespain­t.com.au), she is the woman to hold your hand as you decide on the perfect white, blush or bold blue – not to mention the vast range of special finishes in the Artisan Collection.

Shannon has always been fascinated by design, and spent 10 years in the constructi­on industry and studying interior design before winning Nine’s The Block: Glasshouse in 2014 with his brother Simon. Shannon is a regular Inside Out contributo­r, and also dishes the dirt on The Block for us every season. He works on interior design projects through his own business, Vos Creative (voscreativ­e.com.au).

building Bill Clifton

Bill is the managing director of Robert Plumb Build (robertplum­bbuild.com.au), which specialise­s in premium residentia­l builds in Sydney and its surrounds. One of Bill’s recent projects, a beach house on the NSW south coast, was featured in our December 2018 issue and was a testament to his exacting standards.

sustainabi­lity Caroline Pidcock

Ecological­ly sustainabl­e architectu­re is the focus of Caroline Pidcock, who establishe­d Pidcock (pidcock.com.au) in 1992. A multi-award winner, whose honours include the Marion Mahony Griffin Award in 2011 for her contributi­on to architectu­re in NSW, Caroline’s expertise lies in integratin­g sustainabl­e design into amazing buildings that are also remarkable living experience­s.
