Armed with an immense product knowledge and a strong commitment to environmentally conscious production practices, he’s the man to ask when you need to know the ins and outs of tiles and stone surfaces.

Inside Out’s very own style editor has a background in interior design and teaching, and now creates beautiful stories for these pages. Australian born and raised, but calling LA home since 1994, Peter (peterwalshdesign. com) is Inside Out’s decluttering expert. And we don’t use that term lightly – whether it’s his nine books on organising our lives, years of guest appearances on The Oprah Winfrey Show or his own series Extreme Clutter, if you want to make a molehill out of a mountain of mess, he’s the guy!

Steve is a partner of award-winning Sydney architecture firm MCK (mckarchitects.com). With both local and international experience, Steve is known for his determination to deliver on his clients’ dreams. We are lucky enough to feature his own family home in this issue, which demonstrates his tenacity, problem-solving skills and a very hands-on approach inspired by his upbringing as a carpenter’s son.

Darren is the co-founder, with his wife, Simona Castagna, of Sydney interior architecture business Minosa Design (minosadesign.com). His well-honed design skills, craftsmanship and product knowledge are a result of 25 years in the industry. Minosa’s award-winning design portfolio includes bathrooms that go well beyond the everyday, with bespoke elements and personalised design.

As design and retail director for Freedom Kitchens (freedomkitchens.com.au), Sue knows everything there is to know about designing or refreshing the heart of your home, from the layout through to materials. An experienced colour stylist with a background in Fine Arts, Wendy has a love for colour, painting and creativity. Shannon has always been fascinated by design, and spent 10 years in the construction industry and studying interior design before winning Nine’s The Block: Glasshouse in 2014 with his brother Simon. Shannon is a regular Inside Out contributor, and also dishes the dirt on The Block for us every season. He works on interior design projects through his own business, Vos Creative (voscreative.com.au).
building Bill Clifton
Bill is the managing director of Robert Plumb Build (robertplumbbuild.com.au), which specialises in premium residential builds in Sydney and its surrounds. One of Bill’s recent projects, a beach house on the NSW south coast, was featured in our December 2018 issue and was a testament to his exacting standards.
sustainability Caroline Pidcock
Ecologically sustainable architecture is the focus of Caroline Pidcock, who established Pidcock (pidcock.com.au) in 1992.
