KAOS 2017.04
The newest version of KaOS has been released in time for the fourth anniversary of the KDEbased rolling release distro. New in version 2017.04 is an improved installer that now lets users use GPT disk layouts in BIOS systems, as well as a separate Wayland edition for people who don’t want to run the Plasma desktop using the X display server. Running the distro in a virtual machine is now more streamlined thanks to the inclusion of VirtualBox guest modules. However, you aren’t able to run the Wayland version of KaOS as a VM.
