■ Fabric A – Pool.

■ Fabric B – Ballerina.

■ Fabric C – Snow.

■ Fabric D – Indigo.

■ Fabric E – Slate.

■ Fabric F – Nectarine.

■ Fabric G – Dusty Peach.

■ Fabric H – Honeysuckle.

■ Fabric I – White.

■ Fabric J – Dresden Blue.

■ Background fabric is Aqua from the Essex Yarn Dyed collection, also by Robert Kaufman.

CUTTING OUT

From Fabric A cut six (6) 1¼in x 3in pieces (Unit F) and six (6) of Template 1. 2

From Fabric B cut eight (8) 1¼in x 3in pieces (Unit F) and eight (8) of Template 1.

From Fabric C cut fourteen (14) 1¼in x 3in pieces (Unit F) and fourteen (14) of Template 1.

From Fabric D cut four (4) 1¼in x 3in pieces (Unit F) and four (4) of Template 1.

Also from Fabric D cut eighteen (18)

1in x WOF strips. Sew eight (8) of the strips together in pairs and trim to give four (4) 1in x 75in strips. Leave two strips and subcut eight of the remaining strips into:

■ Twenty-two (22) 1in x 14in strips (Unit C).

■ One (1) 1in x 5½in strip.

■ One (1) 1in x 9in strip.

■ One (1) 1in x 11in strip.
