CUTTING OUT
1Use the template to cut the required number of triangles from the 9½in strips as outlined in steps 2–16, referring to Fig 1 and rotating the template between cuts.

Fabric A cut:
■ Three (3) 3½in x WOF.
■ Two (2) 9½in x WOF. Subcut into fourteen (14) triangles.

From Fabric B cut:
■ Two (2) 9½in x WOF. Subcut into ten (10) triangles.

From each Fabric C and Q cut:
■ Two (2) 9½in x WOF. Subcut into twelve (12) triangles.

From Fabric D cut:
■ Two (2) 9½in x WOF. Subcut into ten (10) triangles.
■ Nine (9) 2½in x WOF for binding.

■ One (1) 9½in x WOF. Subcut into four (4) triangles. 7 "

MAKING THE STRIPED TRIANGLES

Take two Fabric F and one Fabric A 3½in x WOF strips. Sew the Fabric F strips to either side of the Fabric A strip along the long edges. Press the seams open. Cut four (4) Triangle templates from the strip set.

Repeat step 14, making one strip set of each of the following to make the required number of triangles:
■ Fabric A/F/A: six (6) triangles.
■ Fabric I/G/I: four (4) triangles.
