IK Multimedia iRig Pads

What is it? The iRig website say it’s a “MIDI groove controller”. We’re not 100% sure what that means, but it allows you to control a bunch of music apps, including Sampletank and Groovemaker, to build up unique loops and mixes live by pressing its force-sensitive light-up buttons. When’s it due? Already available. Why are we excited? This portable, versatile music production station works with Macs or iOS devices. It can be used both for recorded music production or live on stage. Plus, it does funky things with its multi-coloured buttons (which is just as exciting to us as all the more useful stuff )!
