What is it? Earin are tiny wireless earbuds that claim to be the world’s smallest. They sport the latest Bluetooth and battery technology and a compact metal capsule stores the earbuds and doubles up as the charger. Just place the earbuds in the capsule and they will be charged automatically and ready for listening any time. When’s it due? February 2015. Why are we excited? We love the compact design and at just 5 grams for the pair, they will hardly feel like they’re in at all. What really impresses though is the clever use of the case, which acts as the charger. Too often earbud/headphone cases are just considered ‘safe storage’. Here the case actually has a use beyond simply protection. There’s also an iPhone app that will allow you to tweak various playback features while the earbuds are in.
