The Finder

-

These three shortcuts are great for navigating the Finder quickly and opening the precise folder you want to go to. If you hit ç+ß+A in the Finder, it will open up a new window and navigate to the Applications folder. Swap the ‘A’ for ‘U’ – so ç+ß+U, instead – and it will open the Utilities folder. ç+ß+D, on the other hand, goes to the Desktop. You can also use these keyboard shortcuts in an open Save dialog box to navigate to the respective folders in order to save files there.
