If OS X has saved sev­eral dif­fer­ent pass­words for the same web­site, you can delete the old ones us­ing the Key­chain Ac­cess app. Type the web­site name in the search box. Right-click a pass­word and choose Get Info to check it’s one to delete. Sa­fari re­mem­bers when you use a web­site’s built-in search bar. Af­ter that, you can type the name of the site plus your search term di­rectly into Sa­fari’s smart search field. For ex­am­ple, type ‘wikipedia hy­dro­gen sul­fide’ and Sa­fari will sug­gest ‘Search for “hy­dro­gen sul­fide”’ au­to­mat­i­cally. If you use tags to find your files, you can drag any tag from the Finder’s side­bar to the right-hand side of the Dock to cre­ate a spring-loaded stack con­tain­ing all the files that match that tag. With Yosemite and iOS8, if your iPhone rings, it will show up on your Mac’s desk­top and you can an­swer it there.
