Tile Tales is a mathematical, tile-based puzzler. But to leave it at that does not do it justice. Its intriguing art style is reminiscent of old Roman mosaics, all coloured blocks and sharp, angled lines. Each level is made up of numbered blocks – some positive numbers, some negative, some multipliers – and your task is to steer yourself to the end while collecting the highest possible score. Its simple in concept but tricky in practice – perfect brain-teasing material.
