The world’s best smartphone is now even smarter – and packed with great features
Ever since the iPhone first arrived in 2007, Apple has worked hard to continously enhance and improve its design and features, something that has helped it become one of the most successful smartphones ever made. That’s particularly true of the brand new iPhone 6s Plus model, which brings a new way to interact with your iPhone using 3D Touch – a feature that enables you to carry out different actions, such as ‘peek’ and ‘pop’ by performing different length presses on its touchscreen display.
The iPhone 6s and 6s Plus offer huge improvements in other areas too: from beefed-up rear iSight cameras that now offer 12MP of resolution and 4K video recording to faster Apple-designed A9 chipsets with M9 motion coprocessors.
Of course, both the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus build on the advances made by their predecessors – particularly the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, which are not only still very much available, but are also highly capable and affordable devices in their own right. The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, of course, introduced a slimmer, more rounded iPhone design, while also offering bigger screens – 4.7-inches on the iPhone 6 and 5.5-inches on the iPhone 6 Plus. Both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s are capable of running the latest version of iOS – iOS 9 – and include features such as Touch ID, to help keep your iPhone and your precious data secure.
And if you’re on a budget the iPhone 5s is still available too. Like the phones that followed it, the iPhone 5s is 4G ready and can be yours from just £379.
