IMAP (Internet Message Access

Protocol) enables you to

access email that’s stored on a remote server, such as iCloud or Gmail. The older POP3 standard usually

removed messages from the server when you downloaded them to your

computer.

Bcc (blind carbon copy)

is a way of copying an email

to someone without letting them see who

else you’re sending it to.
