1 Configure Shazam

On first run, Shazam displays a pop-up stating it’s ‘now finding the music around you’. Click the OK button to dismiss this. Click Launch Shazam on Startup to run it each time you log in.

2 Test Music Identification

Click the Shazam icon at the top right. Select the blue rocker switch at any time to toggle listening. Connect your microphone and play a song. A pop-up will appear once it’s identified.

3 View Shazam Playlist

Click on the Shazam icon again to view identified songs. ≈- click on any of these. Choose View on shazam.com to view song info and lyrics. Click Listen on Apple Music to play in iTunes.
