1 Create a new contact

Start typing a name. If it doesn’t already exist in your contacts, press

® to create a new card for that person. If Cardhop confuses what you’re typing with an existing entry, press the … key to highlight New Contact first.

2 Add multiple fields

You can specify additional details for a new contact in the input field, by typing field names before respective values. For example, ‘title Area Manager’. Email addresses and phone numbers are recognised, and you can add labels.

3 Make some edits

Cardhop may not get everything quite right first time, but you can edit fields easily later on: open a contact’s card, then click in an existing field to do so, or click Add Field to add a new one. And don’t forget to add some notes!
