If they don’t have Apple kit

You can share your precious memories with people running non-Apple devices. On your Mac, open a shared album and click the silhouette of a person in the toolbar to see the album’s settings. In iOS, open a shared album and tap the People tab at the bottom of the screen.

Turn on the Public Website setting to publish the album as a web page. Copy the link that’s revealed just below and share it however you want – anyone who obtains it can view the album in a browser. Sadly, there’s no password protection or ability to restrict access, other than turning off the website.
