How to Style text with Format Painter

Paragraph style

Tap three times to select a paragraph. Then tap the Format Painter to view its current paragraph style. Tap the style name to bring up a list. Try a style by choosing it, then tap another until you find one you want.

Tweak text style

You can select a style as your starting point, then tap “<” to return to the main Format Painter screen where you’ll find controls for tweaking font, style, size, and color – note this only affects the selected text.

Change page layout

Scroll down further and you can set the paragraph alignment, implement bullets or lists, and change the text to a multi-column layout. Adjust line spacing to change the gap between each line of text.
