Night mode

When the light level is low, pressing this button to enable Night Mode can help. It boosts the sensitivity of the Mac’s camera and brightens the image. You still can’t see in the dark, but it helps.

Tap to talk

The microphone button enables you to speak through your Mac. You must leave the Mac with the speakers on and the volume turned up, though. Use the speaker icon on the left to listen remotely.

Record & save

Video recordings can be made according to a schedule or by using motion detection, but you can also record at any time by pressing this. The button to the right saves a screenshot.

video quality

There are three streaming quality settings to choose from: High, Good, and Low. If you’re using cellular data on your iPhone, you might lower the video quality to reduce the amount of data used.
